Casa Farive Vino Frizzante Bianco Screw Cap
A Frizzante wine of fruity and floral aroma, with a pleasant hint of apple. Fresh and full-bodied in taste, it is perfect to cheer aperitifs and to be paired with dishes of pasta or fish.
Casa Farive’s sparkling white wine is obtained from the processing of white berried grapes from the vines grown in the Veneto region.
Through the Martinotti – Charmat method, a wine is obtained which is characterized by its freshness and its sapidity of taste and a pale straw yellow color. A dry sparkling wine in which fruity and floral notes are perceived, with pleasant hints of apple.
Casa Farive has chosen to offer a wine with a screw cap , increasingly popular abroad, but which has not yet taken hold in Italy. The screw cap certainly has advantages such as the elimination of the so-called cork smell, the ease of opening and storing the wine.
Not allowing precisely the exchange of oxygen as a cork is suitable for young wines that do not need to age in the bottle.
This sparkling wine, with its freshness and flavor in the taste, is ideal for cheering aperitifs and for accompanying fish and pasta dishes.
