The refined grapes are harvested at the end of August, beginning of September, when the grapes have reached their perfect ripening.
The Prosecco Millesimato embodies all the organoleptic characteristics that only the climate of this territory is able to give it. The taste of this wine is fresh, sapid, dry, with a harmonious and fruity finish. It offers a very pleasant aromatic scent that recalls the aroma of the white flesh of golden apples and spontaneous white flowers.
