From grapes of Glera variety, belonging to the vineyards of Prosecco DOC area, a wine with a light straw yellow color with a rich and persistent perlage. Cantine Vedova dedicates part of its wine production to Prosecco DOC Extra Dry . From the processing of the Glera grapes, coming from the certified area of Prosecco DOC, obtains a pale straw yellow wine with a rich and persistent perlage.
The processing with the classic Martinotti-Charmat method allows to enhance some characteristics of the grape itself, such as aromatic and fruity hints.
